This studio is located at 110 West Murphy Street, in a former “Bottling Works” (1890 – 1920). Spacious and luxurious, it is a completely renovated, modern-style home. There are concrete floors throughout with comfy rugs. The Bottle House is filled with art (including lots of Texas artists) and charm. Dine under the shaded ramada outside, star gazing in the backyard, or walk to many fun nearby shops and restaurants—the place is incredibly well located for exploring on foot and street parking is super safe!
The entire house is all yours: you will have complete privacy! There are two private front entrances and one back door.
It is located across the street from the railroad tracks/Amtrak so there is train noise. I provide individually wrapped earplugs for sensitive sleepers.
